Once onboarded, new employees could access a vast collection of operational knowledge and resources through the same app.
Oakipedia was made available across all of Oakman Inn’s sites via personal phones and in-house iPads, ensuring access for everyone, no matter their position within the company.
This inclusive approach provided applicants and new starters with a useful and accessible knowledge bank that empowers them in their career journeys.
