For Astellas, we:
- Took a multi-tiered approach.
- Created a Reward and Recognition programme that would suit every employee’s preference and need, recognising that individuals are motivated by different things.
- The programme included an online platform, where employees could find more information and understand the benefits of the initiative.
Outcome
The Reward and Recognition scheme increased sales team engagement and satisfaction.
This was reflected in improved employee engagement scores, supporting Astellas placement in the Sunday Times’ “Top 25 Great Places to Work”.
